What is NestMC?

NestMC is a multi-compartment neuron simulator, currently under development. We are still at the prototype stage. NestMC is a collaboration between the Jülich Supercomputing Centre SimLab, the Swiss National Supercomputing Centre, and the Barcelona Supercomputing Centre. The project operates under the auspices of the Nest Initative

Our prototype development is hosted on GitHub.
